Angel Franklin, Second Grade Teacher
Angel Franklin graduated from Western Kentucky University with a double major in Psychology and Religious Studies. She earned her Master’s in Elementary Education at Troy University and taught fourth grade at Mathews Elementary for eight years. She joined the staff of St. Luke School in 2012. She and her family enjoy music and spending time with each other.
Sheron Hopkins, Second Grade Teacher
Sheron Hopkins has been an elementary classroom teacher since 1994. She is a graduate of Presbyterian College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She continued her education at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA where she received her education degree, Masters degree in early childhood education and Reading Specialist degree. Mrs. Hopkins joined the St. Luke School staff in 2006. She attends St. Luke United Methodist Church and enjoys being both a mom of a St. Luke student and a part of the staff.
Savannah Jeter, Second Grade Teacher
Savannah Jeter attended Columbus State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a math endorsement. In 2013, Mrs. Jeter received her master’s degree in Special Education along with a reading endorsement.
Juliet McCarley, Second Grade Teacher
Juliet McCarley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She went on to receive her Master’s in Elementary Education and Reading Endorsement from Columbus State University. Mrs. McCarley has 12 years of experience as a classroom teacher. She is a member of St. Luke Church and enjoys baking, spending time with her family and watching Auburn football.
