LeAnn Copelan, ROAR Teacher
LeAnn Copelan is a graduate of Auburn University where she received her degree in Special Education in 1994. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After teaching for three years at McAdory Elementary in McCalla, Alabama, she moved to Georgia. Mrs. Copelan taught in Muscogee County for seven years before coming to St. Luke. Mrs. Copelan helped to start the ROAR program at St. Luke in 2005. The faith-based education is one of her favorite aspects about teaching at St. Luke School. When she is not teaching, she enjoys reading, traveling, decorating, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kirven Boyce, ROAR Teacher Assistant
Kirven Boyce is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her business degree in marketing. After college, she made a huge discovery and found out that she has a love for teaching children! She went back to school at Columbus State University and received her teaching certificate and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Boyce enjoys serving as a co-sponsor for Student Council and getting involved with the Student Council projects during the school year.
