Admissions Information

 

Kindergarten

The Kindergarten waiting list for the 2010-2011 school year will be formed based on the kindergarten roundup which begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 4, 2010.  The round-up will continue through 3:30 p.m. on January 8, 2010.  To complete a waiting list card, please visit the main school building which is located at 318 11th Street.  The $25 nonrefundable waiting list fee is due at the time the waiting list card is filed.

 
 Priorities for the Kindergarten waiting list, per the board policy, are as follows:
1.  Members of St. Luke United Methodist Church
2.  Employees of St. Luke United Methodist Church
3.  Students who have siblings at the St. Luke School in grades K-8
4.  Children who have attended the St. Luke Early Learning Center or Preschool with years of attendance taken into consideration
5.  Students who have siblings at the St. Luke Early Learning Center
6.  All other students not falling into any of the above

  1st - 8th Grades

 

1.  Member of St. Luke United Methodist Church  
2.  Employee of St. Luke United Methodist Church  
3.  Sibling enrolled at St. Luke School  
4.  Sibling enrolled at the Early Learning Center  
5.  All other students not falling into any of the above categories  
 
Any vacant slots will be filled from the waiting list.

Pre-registration for current kindergarten - 7th grade students is due by March 5, 2010.

Fees for the 2010-2011 school year will be:

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year

  

 $5400 (K-8) - if paid monthly

 $5250 (K-8) - If paid in full by August 16, 2010

Payable in 10 monthly interest free installments of $540 due on the first of each month from August 2010 – May 2011.  Tuition received after the 15th of each month will be assessed a $30 late fee.

Registration Fee

 $380 (K-8) Due by March 5, 2010 – Nonrefundable (Includes SchoolCast Fee)

SMART Board Initiative Fee

 $50 (K-8) Due by May 5, 2010 – see attached information
Our tuition and fee plan includes textbooks, media fees for classroom periodicals, online annual Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math, and HomeConnect subscriptions, lunch, and a variety of enriching field trips.
