Admissions Information

Kindergarten

To complete a waiting list card, please visit the main school building which is located at 318 11th Street. The $25 nonrefundable waiting list fee is due at the time the waiting list card is filed.

Kindergarten Round-up for the 2012-2013 school year begins January 4, 2012.

Priorities for the Kindergarten waiting list, per the board policy, are as follows:

1. Members of St. Luke United Methodist Church

2. Employees of St. Luke United Methodist Church

3. Students who have siblings at the St. Luke School in grades K-8

4. Children who have attended the St. Luke Early Learning Center or Preschool with years of attendance taken into consideration

5. Students who have siblings at the St. Luke Early Learning Center

6. All other students not falling into any of the above

1st - 8th Grades

1. Member of St. Luke United Methodist Church

2. Employee of St. Luke United Methodist Church

3. Sibling enrolled at St. Luke School

4. Sibling enrolled at the Early Learning Center

5. All other students not falling into any of the above categories

Any vacant slots will be filled from the waiting list.


Fees for the 2012-2013 school year will be:
Tuition for the 2011-2012 school year	$5720 (K-8) - if paid monthly $5570 (K-8) - If paid in full by August 15, 2012	Payable in 10 monthly interest free installments of $572 due on the first of each month from August 2012 – May 2013. Tuition received after the 15^th of each month will be assessed a $30 late fee.
Registration Fee	$380 (K-8)	Due upon acceptance
Our tuition and fee plan includes textbooks, technology costs, media fees for classroom periodicals, online annual Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math, and Home Connect subscriptions, Luke Alert notification system, lunch, and a variety of enriching field trips.
