Tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is $7,120 per student, payable in 10 monthly installments of $712 from June 2017 through March 2018. Tuition paid by monthly bank draft is eligible for a $50 annual discount, making it 10 monthly installments of $707, beginning in June and ending in March. Tuition paid in full by June 1, 2017 is $6,920 per student. Tuition is due on the first day of the month and is assessed a late fee if not received by the 15th of the month.
Our tuition and fee plan includes textbooks, technology costs, media fees for classroom periodicals, lunch, class dues, PTO membership, a yearbook, core supplies and a variety of enriching field trips.
The enrollment fee for the 2017-2018 school year is $400. The enrollment fee is paid at the time the student’s online enrollment packet is submitted in ParentsWeb. The reenrollment deadline for returning students is March 3, 2017, in order to confirm the student’s spot for the following school year.
Reenrollment instructions will be sent home with all currently enrolled students in January 2017, and will include tuition rates, the enrollment fee, an enrollment agreement and instructions for completing online enrollment in ParentsWeb. Enrollment instructions for new students are provided upon notification of acceptance.
St. Luke School has a limited amount of tuition assistance available, with amounts awarded based on economic need. Scholarship applications for the 2017-2018 school year will be processed by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment and are due the first week of February 2017. FACTS requires two weeks to process applications before sending a recommended award amount to the school. In order to ensure that a financial aid decision is received prior to the deadline for reenrollment for returning students, applications should be submitted early but no later than the deadline.
