Jr-K Tuition Payment Information

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $11,000 per student, payable in 10 monthly installments of $1,000 from August 2025 through May 2026. Tuition may also be paid in full prior to June 1, 2025. Please see below for details.

Tuition will be managed by FACTS Tuition Management. Refer to your enrollment packet for details on fees assessed for returned payments and/or outstanding balances.

All who choose the monthly payment plan are required to utilize bank draft or a credit card for payment set up within FACTS Financial. You will find the information to set up your payment option in your enrollment packet. There is no fee for paying tuition when having it deducted directly from your bank account.

Kindergarten – Eighth Grade 

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is $11,000 per student, payable in 10 monthly installments of $1,100 from June 2025 through March 2026. Tuition paid in full by June 1, 2025 is $10,800 per student.

Tuition will be managed by FACTS Tuition Management. Refer to your enrollment agreement for details on fees assessed for late payments and returned checks.

Families paying for tuition monthly are required to participate in the tuition refund plan. The cost of this plan is $143 per student for the 2025-2026 school year; that cost will be added to the June 2025 tuition statement.

2025-2026 Tuition Payment Options

Option 1: 10 Monthly Installments (June 2025 – March 2026)

  • · FACTS Tuition Management will be facilitating all tuition payments.

Option 2: Pay in Full by June 1, 2025

  • Pre-pay in full (check or cash) – $10,800. Must be brought to the main office of St. Luke School prior to 5/15/2025.
  • Pre-pay in full (e-check via FACTS Tuition Management) – $10,800. Must be paid prior to 6/1/2025. There is no charge for e-check payments
  • Pre-pay in full (debit/credit card via FACTS Tuition Management) – $10,800 + card processing fee. Must be paid prior to 6/1/2025. Debit/credit card payments will be charged a credit card processing fee through FACTS.

Tuition Discounts

The following discounts were approved by our school board for the 2025-2026 school year:

  • $1,000 cap on enrollment fees for families
  • $250 per child discount for active military families
  • $250 tuition discount for additional children attending SLS simultaneously (First child pays full price. Siblings’ tuition is reduced by $250 each.)
