Application & Enrollment
St. Luke Preschool uses FACTS management company for payments and as a school information system.
For new students, there is a $55.00 Application/Waitlist Fee. Before completing the application, you may contact the preschool to determine if there is a spot available for your child. Please contact the preschool office at 706-327-4343 or email Jennifer Parker- jparker@stlukecolumbus.org or Danielle Stinson- dstinson@stlukecolumbus.org. Once the application process is complete, you will be sent the enrollment packet to complete.
Enrollment fees are paid annually at the time of enrollment (for current and new students). The enrollment fee is $150.00 and secures your child’s spot for the year. We do our best to communicate open and available spots within the program; however, once you are told there is a spot for your child, it is in your best interest to complete the enrollment paperwork quickly to secure your spot.
Tuition Rates
Tuition is based on the number of days attended and is payable in ten monthly installments. FACTS requires a $55.00 payment plan fee per family. Tuition may also be paid in full at the beginning of the year with a decreased payment fee of $25.00 per family. Tuition is deducted from the account you specify on the first of each month from August through May. If payment is declined, then FACTS will attempt to run the payment again on another day. A late fee of $30.00 will be added.
